I’ve spent over two decades shaping AAA games through hands-on design, team leadership, and studio-wide strategy.
From Vision to Launch
With over 20 years in the game industry, I’ve led design across open world content, monetization systems, and studio-wide strategy—driving project success through hands-on execution and inclusive team leadership.
I’ve spent most of my career working across multiple areas of game design to understand what drives a successful product. I started with mission maps, moved into open world content, grew into team leadership and people management, and eventually stepped into studio leadership and high-level creative production.

I manage designers by understanding their personal motivations and strengths, helping them unlock what makes them exceptional. Through empathy, support, and clear feedback, I help them grow in confidence, sharpen their craft, and thrive as creative problem-solvers.

Led development partners through Xbox Publishing frameworks, aligning creative execution with milestone planning, cross-functional communication, and inclusive design standards to drive high-quality, on-time launches.
